Less waste, a faster cycle
The problem
Procedures rot quietly. Over years, workarounds pile up, approvals multiply, and steps that stopped adding value never get removed. The purchase-to-production cycle slows, waste creeps in, and nobody can say exactly why things take as long as they do.
How I work
I map the current flow exactly as it runs, then question every step: does this add value, or just add delay? I strip out the waste, merge or remove redundant approvals, and re-engineer the path around how the business actually needs to operate — tightening the line from purchase to production and removing the friction in between.
The result
A leaner, more predictable operation: less waste, a faster cycle, and a flow simple enough for people to actually follow — which is what makes the improvement stick.
