Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

This website (ahmedbarabbud.com) belongs to Ahmed Barabbud, an independent IT and ERP consultant based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what personal data the site handles and how I look after it.

What I collect

The site is a simple brochure site. The only personal data I collect is what you send through the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. I do not ask for anything else.

Why I collect it

I use this information for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to you. I do not use it for marketing, and I never sell your data to anyone.

Legal basis

I rely on your consent. When you fill in the contact form and submit it, you are choosing to share your details so I can respond.

Who it is shared with

To run the site I use a small number of trusted providers: a form service to receive your message, an email service to read and reply, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand visitor numbers. These providers process data only on my behalf. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

How long I keep it

I keep your message and contact details only as long as I need them to answer you and handle any related work. After that, I delete them.

Analytics and cookies

Any analytics I use are anonymous and privacy-friendly: no cross-site tracking, no profile of you, and no advertising cookies. The site uses no cookies beyond what is essential to function.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to access your data, correct it, or ask me to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, just email me.
