How I work

It comes back as a plain-spoken executive report: here’s what’s costing you, ranked by impact, with a clear set of next steps.

The result

An owner who knows exactly where the money is leaking — and a prioritized plan to stop it. Sometimes the fix is software; often it’s a process change that costs nothing. Either way, you decide with eyes open.
