The problem
Leadership was steering a multi-branch business on gut feel and spreadsheets that were always a step behind. No one could answer the simple questions quickly: which branch is actually profitable, where is margin leaking, how does this year compare to last?
What I built
A layer of executive dashboards built on clean data models over the ERP and finance data — branch-by-branch performance, detailed profitability reports, and year-over-year analysis, all live and drillable. The hard part wasn’t the charts; it was modeling the data so the numbers are trustworthy and the dashboards answer the questions owners actually ask.
The result
Decisions backed by live data instead of guesswork: leadership sees branch performance and profitability at a glance, and acts on it the same day.
